Shipping policy
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days once dispatched. All orders are sent tracked, with tracking details supplied as soon as your order is on the way.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of purchase, so you won't be waiting long to see your order move.
Shipping within New Zealand:
- Tracked bag: $5 NZD
- Tracked box: $10 NZD
- Free shipping: On orders over $100 NZD
We currently ship within New Zealand only, with every order dispatched locally from Auckland — no overseas warehouses or customs delays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or delivery location.
