Where is Avenu Studio based?
Avenu Studio is based in Auckland, New Zealand. All orders are packed and dispatched locally.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–3 business days once dispatched. Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day, with tracking sent as soon as your order is on the way.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping starts from $5 NZD, with tracked box packaging available for $10 NZD. Shipping is free on orders over $100 NZD.
Is my order tracked?
Yes. Every Avenu Studio order is sent tracked. You'll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Not yet. We currently ship within New Zealand only, with all orders dispatched locally from Auckland.
Do you accept Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into instalments.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided your item is unworn, unused and in re-sellable condition.
How do I make a return?
Contact us before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and everything you need to complete your return.
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
How long will my refund or exchange take?
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned item.
How do Avenu caps fit?
Our caps have a relaxed, unstructured 5-panel shape with a mid-profile fit. The adjustable snapback allows the fit to be customised, with an approximate fit range of 56–61cm.
What are Avenu caps made from?
Our caps are made from 100% cotton canvas. Chosen for its durable feel, natural texture and ability to wear well over time. Each cap is finished with embroidered detailing, stitched eyelets and an adjustable snapback closure.
Where are your caps made?
Our caps are designed in New Zealand and made in China.
Who founded Avenu Studio?
Avenu Studio was founded in New Zealand by Sid and Joel. It started with a simple idea: to create headwear that feels just as natural off the course as it does on it.
Is Avenu only a golf brand?
No. Golf is part of Avenu, but it isn't the whole story. Our pieces are designed to move between the course and everyday life. Something you can reach for without thinking about where you're headed next.
